When you open this site, your browser sends technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, browser and device type. Our hosting provider processes this data to deliver the site securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a working website.

The assessment runs in your browser. Your answers are used to calculate your score and are not sent to us unless you contact us and share them yourself.

If you book a call, we process the name, email address and any notes you provide so we can prepare and hold the conversation. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into one.

Scheduling may run through a third party booking tool. In that case the provider processes the data you enter in the booking form on our behalf.

During an engagement we handle information about your company, your round and your investor contacts. This stays confidential. We never appear towards investors, every message goes out in your name, and your investor network and all relationships belong to you. Nothing is shared with third parties without your instruction.

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary storage is used, for example to remember your progress inside the assessment.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose described, and afterwards for as long as statutory retention periods require. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once they are no longer relevant.

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
